How Can We Help?

The turnaround time for a logo from sales to completion is typically 3 work days, subject to our workload which will be discussed before any payments are made. Turnaround is also dependent on response time, and any additional changes to designs.
Following the design phase, you will be presented with 3 logo design options based upon the supplied design brief. Once a design is chosen and finalised, you will own the copyright to the final agreed design.
Upon completion of the logo design project, and all funds have been paid, the copyright for the finalised logo design is automatically transferred to you. For peace of mind we are more than willing to provide a copyright transfer document to give comfort that the copyright has been transferred.
Copyright protection entails that the individual or entity holding the copyright for a piece of work maintains sole rights to reproduce, showcase, and distribute the design. When the copyright is transferred to you, it grants you full autonomy to utilize the logo as you see fit. My only request is the permission to include the logo in my portfolio as a representation of the work I have completed.
Trademark registration, on the other hand, requires the assistance of a trademark attorney or can be completed independently through the CIPC website, https://www.cipc.co.za
Amendments are gladly taken care of.
After the first set of 3 designs are presented to you, we will clearly state that what your revision count is.
You can then request as many changes as you want, however up to 3 revision rounds are included within the typical logo design project. In the unlikely event that additional revisions are required beyond this, you will be charged a fee of R375 for another round of 3 revisions, payable before amendments commence.
We will schedule a call during which we’ll collaborate to identify the aspects that aren’t functioning as intended, understand the reasons behind these issues, and determine a course of action to move forward with the project.
It’s important to highlight that the designs you will receive are aligned with the objectives established in advance before the design phase commences. These objectives encompass details about your business, competitors, and target audience, as well as any specific requests or expectations you may have. As a result, the occurrence of an unlikely scenario is minimized.
We will actively collaborate with you throughout the project to ensure that the design aligns with all the predefined objectives, which encompass any specific requests made prior to the commencement of the design process.
Upon completion of the logo design, I will provide a comprehensive package of files that will enable you to use the logo across a variety of mediums and platforms. Below is a summary of what I will provide:
CMYK version – Full colour printing is made up of only 4 process colours: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. These four colours blend together to create any imaginable images. This format is essential for producing printed materials that incorporate full-colour images on the same page. It will be supplied in a vector format such as Ai, PDF, or EPS.
Pure black version – As indicated, this version is a monochrome black rendition of your logo. It is well-suited for black and white or single-colour documents. You will receive it in a vector format, which may include Ai, PDF, EPS, or similar file types.
Pure white knockout – If you intend to use your logo over a dark photo or on a solid dark background, the white version is the optimal choice. It addresses colour and visibility concerns, ensuring the best outcome. You will receive this white version in a vector format, such as Ai, PDF, EPS, or a similar file format.
RGB version – In contrast to print colors, screen colors are created using a combination of Red, Green, and Blue, blending the light from each of these colors to produce the full spectrum of colors. Your logo will be supplied in an optimized JPEG file format, a transparent PNG format, and an SVG format, which is a vector version suitable for digital applications.
Favicon – A 32 x 32 pixel favicon of your logo will be created for use on your website.
Copyright Ownership – We will transfer copyright ownership of the finalised logo design through use of a transfer letter.
